Welcome to Pilot Path Group. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided to students enrolling in flight training programs coordinated by Pilot Path. By using our services and website, you agree to the following terms:
- Scope of Services
Pilot Path coordinates a variety of pilot training programs through established partner flight schools, such as Ravenair Flying School in Liverpool, UK.
- Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of flight and ground school training programs.
- Access to study materials and exam preparation support.
- Scheduling and administrative support throughout your training journey.
- Coordination of checkride (skills test) aircraft hire and examiner arrangements, where applicable.
- Student engagement support through a dedicated manager.
Specific inclusions will vary depending on the training program chosen. Full details will be provided in your service agreement.
- Fees and Payment Terms
- Fees for training programs will vary depending on the specific course or package selected. A full breakdown of costs is provided in the service agreement.
- Deposit: A deposit is required to secure enrollment, with the amount outlined in the relevant training agreement.
- Payment Schedule: Where applicable, monthly payments must be made by the 28th of each month unless otherwise specified.
- Non-Payment and Late Fees: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the suspension of training until payments are brought up to date. Late fees may apply.
- Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy
- Cooling-Off Period: Students may cancel their enrollment within 7 days of signing the agreement. Refunds will be issued minus any costs incurred for administrative preparation.
- Non-Refundable Payments: After the cooling-off period, all payments, including the deposit, become non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Student: If a student cancels training mid-program, any outstanding balance remains payable. Exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies) may be reviewed at Pilot Path’s discretion upon submission of supporting documentation.
- Cancellation by Pilot Path: If Pilot Path must cancel training due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be issued for unused training hours, excluding the deposit.
- Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
- Providing valid identification (passport or driver’s license) and proof of address.
- Adhering to the training schedule, including attendance for ground school and flight lessons.
- Complying with CAA regulations and instructor guidelines.
- Understanding that additional training hours required due to individual performance will incur extra costs, payable by the student.
- Modifications to Training Schedule
Pilot Path may need to adjust training schedules due to:
- Weather conditions.
- Instructor or aircraft availability.
- Regulatory requirements.
These changes will not alter the program’s overall cost.
- Liability and Insurance
- Pilot Path acts as a coordinator of training and does not directly provide flight instruction. Flight training services are delivered by the partner school (Ravenair Flying School).
- Students are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for personal injury, property loss, or other risks associated with flight training.
- Pilot Path is not liable for any accidents, delays, or disruptions that occur during training.
- GDPR and Data Protection
Pilot Path complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure your personal data is secure. By enrolling, you consent to:
- Pilot Path accessing your training records for monitoring and support.
- Data being shared with partner training providers where necessary to deliver services.

- Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- Any complaints regarding training services must be submitted in writing to Pilot Path.
- Disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Limitation of Liability
Pilot Path’s liability for any breach of contract or negligence is limited to 5 times the fees paid for the services rendered.
- Force Majeure
Pilot Path is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Regulatory changes or operational disruptions.
- Acts of God, strikes, or public health emergencies.
- Amendments
Pilot Path reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
