A career in aviation is typically considered by many however pursued by very few. Pilot Path was designed specifically to help would be aviators overcome the massive financial, personal, and operational pitfalls that deter and defeat many prospective modular student pilots.
I began my training just under a decade ago, fresh faced and optimistic that I alone would be the exception to the rule. Thousands of euros later, a deflated version of myself accepted that the system had beaten me and my career in the sky was as close a prospect as a degree in rocket science.
As with most pilots, our initial passion as amateur aviators connect us globally through our shared human craving for exploration and advancement. With determination and grit, I coined the concept of the managed modular system demonstrated through Pilot Path and launched this offering to students across the country by 2020. 4 years later we have now grown to become the leading provider of modular specific routes to the right-hand seat of the flight deck.

Headquartered in Dublin City Centre in the world class ecosystem of the Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC), Pilot Path was founded in 2020 during the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, Pilot Path brings together various EASA and CAA approved pilot schools, centres and academies to deliver all aspects of the training a student pilot needs. We offer an alternative route through the coordination of structured modular flight training programs. All Pilot Path partner flight schools have reputations for their high-quality pilot training and proven track records for deliverance of student pilots to airline.
Our management team consists of aviation experts with proven experience in European airlines and a financial team specialising in credit control within the UK and Europe. For too long, aviation and pilot training has had the feel of being a closed industry available mostly to individuals from affluent backgrounds. Our goal at Pilot Path has always been to change that narrative and open the doors of aviation and acceptance to flying schools in the UK to anybody regardless of income, experience, age, background or nationality. Pilot Path helps each student firstly in finding and securing their place in the perfect flight school, then creates an affordable monthly payment schedule to go alongside a tailored training plan meaning you can stay in full-time employment, not fall behind on family commitments or shell out large sums of money at once to begin chasing your dream.
We recognise that for newcomers, flight training can be a complex and difficult venture to understand. Our role within your pilot training is to coordinate every aspect of your journey, breaking down barriers, removing isolation, explaining the process and helping your past the bumps often associated with modular flight training. To date, Pilot Path have enrolled student pilots on a part-time basis from over 15 different countries, who continue to work in diverse industries such as mechanics, engineering, IT development, electronics, security, retail and many more. We are committed to accepting student pilots both young and old, with or without experience, and regardless of occupation, nationality or educational standards.
