Terms and Conditions for Pilot Path Group Services: 

  1. Services Provided

Pilot Path Group provides pilot training coordination services, assisting students in accessing flight training programs delivered by Global Flight Training Solutions (GFTS) and other partners.

  • Services include:
    • Coordination of flight lessons and ground school schedules.
    • Provision of study materials as agreed.
    • Support with registration, documentation, and checkride preparation.
    • Ongoing student engagement support through a dedicated manager.

Pilot Path does not provide or deliver the flight training itself. All instructional and theoretical training is provided by the partner flight school.

  1. Training Hours and Progress
  • The training package includes a specified number of flight and ground training hours (e.g., 35 hours for PPL).
  • Pilot Path does not guarantee students will complete their license within the minimum hours. The number of hours required depends on individual performance and progress.
  • Additional flight or ground training hours beyond the package will incur extra costs, payable by the student directly or through Pilot Path.
  1. Payment and Fees
  • Students agree to pay the full cost of their chosen training package. Payment can be made in full upfront or via an approved payment plan.
  • Monthly payments (where applicable) must be made by the 28th of each month.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a suspension of training until payments are brought up to date.
  • Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at Pilot Path’s sole discretion.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Students may cancel their enrollment within 7 days of signing the agreement. Refunds will be issued minus any administrative costs or services already rendered.
  • Beyond the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable.
  • In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), cancellations may be reviewed upon submission of supporting documentation.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued as credit towards future training.
  1. Accommodation (If Applicable)

For students requiring accommodation, Pilot Path coordinates shared housing options:

  • Accommodation is provided in safe, fully equipped facilities near the training location (e.g., Naples, Florida).
  • Any damages to the accommodation will be charged to the responsible student(s).
  • Accommodation services are optional and do not apply to local students.
  1. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Provide accurate identification and documentation (passport, visa, etc.) as required for registration and training.
  • Adhere to all FAA regulations and training guidelines.
  • Act professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Accept responsibility for completing their training in line with their abilities and performance.
  1. Safety and Compliance
  • Safety is of the utmost importance. Students must comply with all safety instructions provided by instructors and flight schools.
  • Any breach of safety protocols or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of training without refund.
  1. Liability
  • Pilot Path coordinates training but does not assume liability for any accidents, injuries, delays, or disruptions during the program.
  • All flight training activities are conducted under the supervision of GFTS or other partner schools, who maintain their own insurance policies.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal laws.

  1. Force Majeure

Pilot Path will not be held liable for delays or failures in providing services caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or changes in government regulations.

  1. Amendments

Pilot Path reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to the Pilot Path website.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any shared personal, financial, or training-related information confidential and secure.
